The advantage of upgrading your residential garage.

Upgrading your garage

It happens quite frequently when we meet clients to evaluate their needs and see the layout of their garages that we get asked to upgrade the garage itself. Many garages today, especially in newer homes, are often delivered with a minimum of finish. So it’s the first step towards your new garage.

Upgrading a garage starts with a clear evaluation of the finishing or renovation that is required before we begin installing the storage systems. Upgrades can include finishing walls by posing gyprock over the exposed foundation, gyprock jointing, moving electrical outlets or central vacuum cleaning systems, finishing staircases, adding heating or lighting units, installing baseboards and other moldings to ensure a perfectly finished look once the epoxy floor cover is applied, painting walls and ceilings, etc. It all depends on you. We’ve even built an entire mezzanine with a retractable ladder unit… Whatever your garage needs, we’ll make it happen.

It goes without saying, that it’s better to do upgrades before the installation of storage units. A quality garage project is an important investment, so it’s best to do things in the right order to avoid additional costs.

No matter what your needs, we’ll work together with you to upgrade your garage and create all the storage space you need to make the most of this vital room. For a better idea of a few of the garage upgrades we’ve completed, take a look at our Portfolio. There are plenty of images and ideas to stimulate and inspire you in your own project.

Great garaging!
