Upgrades can include finishing walls by posing gyprock over the exposed foundation, gyprock jointing, moving electrical outlets or central vacuum cleaning systems, finishing staircases, adding heating or lighting units, installing baseboards and other moldings to ensure a perfectly finished look once the epoxy floor cover is applied, painting walls and ceilings, etc. It all depends on you.
